Theme: Systemic Thinking in the Age of Applied AI 

We publish framework‑forward, research‑informed, practitioner‑ready work at the intersection of AI, organizational systems, and modern work. Our goal is to bridge theory and practice through models, patterns, and systematic insights that help leaders, builders, and practitioners navigate AI‑enabled environments. 

We welcome contributions from researchers, practitioners, developers, designers, and leaders who can articulate clear frameworks, grounded insights, and applied system thinking. We are especially interested in innovative approaches from emerging voices: consultants, creators, developers, educators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and solopreneurs.

We accept rolling submissions for 

Research Spotlight 

A research‑rooted synthesis that reinterprets classic or contemporary theories for the AI era. Submissions should connect academic or empirical research to emerging patterns in AI‑enabled work. 

Ideal for researchers, academics, applied theorists, organizational scientists. 

Framework of the Quarter 

A substantial, original framework or model that helps practitioners understand or redesign AI‑enabled workflows, decisions, or systems. Must be grounded in research or theory and expressed through a clear, systematic structure. 

Ideal for: framework designers, organizational architects, applied researchers. 

Pattern Deep Dive 

A detailed exploration of a single prompt pattern, model, or cognitive structure used in AI‑enabled work. Submissions should show the research base, the logic of the pattern, and practical applications. 

Ideal for: practitioners, designers, AI strategists, pattern thinkers. 

Enterprise Case Note 

A real‑world case study showing how a team or organization redesigned a workflow, decision process, or system using a framework‑driven approach. Must include before/after clarity and measurable or observable outcomes. 

Ideal for: operators, consultants, internal champions, transformation leaders. 

Leadership Lens 

A concise, practical leadership model or insight that helps leaders navigate AI‑driven complexity. Should be grounded in research or established leadership theory, but expressed in a modern, accessible way. 

Ideal for: leadership practitioners, coaches, organizational psychologists. 

Builder’s Notebook 

A technical but accessible exploration of how developers think about systems, flows, modularity, or architecture when building AI‑enabled tools. Should connect developer logic to broader organizational or workflow patterns. 

Ideal for: developers, engineers, technical architects, innovation leads. 

Submission Guidelines 

Length 

• Maximum 2,500 words (excluding references) 

Formatting 

• APA style for citations and references 

• Submit as a Word document, or Google Doc 

• Use clear section headings and subheadings 

• Visuals should be clean, minimal, and systematic (nodes, flows, modularity) 

Required Front Matter 

Each submission must include

Title Page 

• Article title 

• Author name(s) 

• Affiliation(s) 

• Email address 

• Short author bio (50–75 words) 

Abstract 

• 150–200 words summarizing the core argument, framework, or insight 

Keywords 

• 4–6 keywords reflecting the article’s themes, frameworks, or research base 

Content Requirements 

All submissions must be

• Framework‑forward — centered on a model, pattern, or system 

• Research‑informed — grounded in theory, literature, or empirical insight 

• Practitioner‑ready — actionable, clear, and applicable 

• Systematic — showing relationships, flows, or structures 

• Original — not previously published elsewhere 

• Verifiable — all citations/sources/references must be verifiable 

Tone & Style 

• Institutional but accessible 

• Serious but not academic‑stiff 

• Clear, structured, and pattern‑driven 

• Minimal jargon; define specialized terms 

• Visuals should be optional, not decorative
